Dr. KayLa N. Allen-Young will deliver a featured keynote at the 2026 Children Come First Conference on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in Baraboo, Wisconsin.
Presented under the conference theme “Every Child Belongs,” the 75-minute keynote will contribute to an important conversation about what children need in order to feel welcomed, respected, connected, valued, and positioned to thrive. Dr. KayLa will bring her expertise in identity development, cultural proficiency, emotional intelligence, belonging, and human development to an audience committed to strengthening the lives and environments of children and families.
